I am an experienced psychotherapist working with a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties. My approach combines a supportive, non-judgemental stance with appropriate challenge. I practise from a quiet consulting room in Deptford, a short walk from New Cross and New Cross Gate stations.
In our first session, we explore what brings you to therapy, how we might work together, and what you hope for. My advice to anyone seeking a therapist is to find someone you feel at ease with and can imagine building a relationship with over time.
I specialise in helping clients understand and change self-defeating relational patterns. My clinical focus includes developmental trauma, attachment, and the dynamics that shape how we relate to ourselves and others. I work with clients to deepen self-awareness, recognise their part in relational patterns without blame, and develop more authentic and connected ways of being.

I trained at the Metanoia Institute and have worked in both the charity sector and NHS mental health services. I am registered with UKCP, EATA and IARTA.
